All the team gear is made in Italy. They are in European sizes. All our products have the European size labels. Unfortunately, these sizes are different than USA sizes. The European sizes are one size smaller than the USA sizes. For example, someone in the USA who wears a large jersey, would need to order an XL5 in European sizes. Check the size chart on each item before you order.
If you already have a European jersey or bib shorts with the numbers 3,4,5 or 6 on them, you can easily order the same size from us. If you have a jersey made for the USA market (Pearl Izumi, Voler, Primal, etc), you will need to order one size larger.
When all else fails, take a tape measure and measure around your chest or waist. The jersey are elastic. If you are into racing, you may want a tighter fit for lower wind resistance. If you are more of a casual rider, you may want a looser fit.
The jerseys and bibs fit men and women. They are Unisex. We have some women's cut items as well. These are shorter in the torso.

International Orders and Taxes
Orders shipped outside USA may be subject to taxes, tariffs, or customs duties. Items are marked as made in Italy. Please check your local country laws before your order to estimate your taxes. We are located in USA and do not know your local country laws. Taxes are buyers responsibility.
Shipping and Handling
We ship rapidly. We attempt to ship your order within a day of when we receive it. Some high demand items can take a few extra days. Please check the bottom of each product page for an estimate on time for shipment. We ship Monday thru Friday. All domestic orders receive an email delivery confirmation number from the USPS. International Orders may be delayed by your countries customs inspections.
We try to keep our shipping cost low and have free shipping offers. If you would like to know the exact cost and timeframe for shipping, enter your items and address go through the checkout partially. The system will tell the exact cost and approximate delivery dates. You do not have to enter your credit card info to see these estimates.

Exchanges are free and easy. Just send back the item with a copy of the packing slip. Mark on the packing slip if you want an exchange or refund. You can write on the packing slip if you want another item and we will send if it is in stock. We do charge for return shipping (about $8 in USA)
Refunds are easy also. Just send back the item with a copy of the packing slip. We do charge a small restock fee for refunds to your credit card. The restock fee for credit card refunds is fifteen percent.
Send back new condition items (original tags on, in original bags. not worn, not washed, as sent to you) within 30 day of purchase. Christmas Gifts purchased in November and December have a 60 day return.
We are very focused on correctly shipping your orders promptly. Orders quickly begin being processed through shipping as received. Because of this it is difficult to catch orders in the unusual occurrence that we are sent an order cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but our focus is providing fast customer deliveries.
