Cavenish wins first stage of Tour of California

It was a razor thin sprint in downtown Sacramento today. It was so close that the Manx Missile said it was the first time he did not know it he won or not. Talk about down to wire.
I am a bit fan of Cavendish and am happy to see him at the form. The Omega Pharma Quickstep train did a great job delivering him to the line. Renshaw had a flat just before the finish but was able recover in time to help deliver the win. A great team win for Omega.
