Want to ride farther and climb higher? Want to improve your times or lose weight. Well then get your bike and get your road work in. If you are training for an organized ride, you should be regularly riding to get in shape. Let's say you are planning to ride in a 60 mile charity ride. Your weekly training rides should add up to 60 miles. So three 20 mile rides would work. Also two 15 mile rides and a 30 mile ride would do.
Just put your rosd work in and your goals will be within your grasp!
